1. Complete the test review page "Cases Illustrating the Development of the Judical Branch: Worksheet" (Your copy is titled "Exam: Revolution to Constitution...". This page is available from the Powerpoints and Handouts link to the left of this notice.
2. Memorize the preamble of the U.S. Constitution.
3. Read Articles II and III of the U.S. Constitution and summarize each section in outline format. These sections define the Executive and Judicial branches.
